Shipping Information

Do you ship worldwide? Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.

Where do you ship from? All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

How long will it take to receive my order? Due to high demand, orders typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please allow additional time during holidays or sales periods.

What if I don't receive my order? If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund. Simply contact us, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Will I be charged customs and taxes? Our prices are tax-free in US Dollars. However, you may need to pay duties and taxes determined by your local customs office upon delivery. These charges are your responsibility and are not covered by us. We are also not liable for delays caused by customs. For further information, please contact your local customs office.


Order Management

Can I change or cancel my order? We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. You must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this time will be denied. However, you can return the order for a full refund once received.

When will my order be processed? Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday to Friday. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days, and orders are shipped the next business day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.


Payment Information

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) PAYPAL, and we aim to soon offer ZIP Pay, and After Pay.


Product and Charging Compatibility

Which devices are compatible with CulturaCo’s wireless chargers? Our wireless chargers support all Qi-enabled devices, including:

  • Latest iPhone models (iPhone 12 and newer)

  • Samsung Galaxy series

  • Google Pixel phones

  • Most modern devices with wireless charging capability

What’s the maximum charging speed I can expect?

  • 4-in-1 Wireless Fast Charger: Up to 15W wireless charging

  • Universal 30W Fast Charger: Up to 30W via USB-C

  • Car Fast Charger: Up to 30W (USB-C) and 18W (USB-A)

Are CulturaCo chargers compatible with phone cases? Yes, our chargers work through most standard cases up to 5mm thick. However, cases with metal components or pop sockets may interfere with charging.

Can I use the Universal 30W Fast Charger with older devices? Absolutely! Our chargers feature smart technology that adjusts power output to suit your device, ensuring safe and efficient charging for both newer and older models.


Troubleshooting

Device not charging wirelessly?

  • Remove the phone case and try again.

  • Ensure proper alignment on the charging pad.

  • Verify that your device supports wireless charging.

Experiencing slow charging speeds?

  • Use the original cable for wired charging.

  • Check if your device supports fast charging.

  • Close background apps that may impact charging performance.


Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item? Please email us at ShopCulturaCo@gmail.com to initiate a return.

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged? If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the product. We will work to resolve your case as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund? Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item or approve your cancellation. If you haven’t received your refund within this timeframe, please:

  1. Contact your bank or credit card company to confirm processing times.

  2. Reach out to us for further assistance.
